Leadville Gold Rush Getaway Contest Rules

No purchase necessary. Completed entry form with seven signatures from Lake County businesses as described on form must be received by Sept. 8, 2009, by the Leadville/Lake County Visitor’s Center at 809 Harrison Avenue, Leadville, CO, 80461, or the Inn of the Black Wolf in Twin Lakes.

Lake County is not responsible for, and will not honor, lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or postage due entries. All aspects of prizes packages outlined above are subject to availability and in Lake County’s sole discretion. All taxes on prizes, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Prizes may not be transferred. No cash redemptions. If, for any reason, prize cannot be awarded as stated herein, Lake County reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winners will be responsible for their own incidentals and some meals.

Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. By entering and/or accepting a prize, entrants and winners agree that Lake County and its directors, employees, agents, successors, and/or assigns and their advertising and promotional agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize or participation in this Contest or any prize-related activity.

Lake County reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify, or suspend this Contest, should fraud or other causes corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Contest. Lake County reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
